At Modishshe, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart on the product page.
If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 15 days after get the products back. Please feel free to contact if you have any issue with your order. We are always here to help!
30 Days Return Warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Describe your issue in detail with the reason for why you wish to return the product to our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not forget to offer us your order number. For faulty or incorrect items, please send us a clear photo or video of the problem.
1. Items should not be worn nor washed and the label should be attached.
2. We responsible for all following defective item within 30 days of delivery: stains, accidentally ripped or torn, obvious color difference(please allow some chromatism), major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
3. If buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or doesn't like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return once we receive the returned products.Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the merchandise.
4. No exchange, return or amending on promotional items or items on sale.
5. Modishshe cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT.
6. Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit/swimwear/bikini/bathing suit, Lingerie.
Exchange & Refund
Customers are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund or an exchange once we received your returned items.
Money refund will arrange for you within 3 working days after we get the returned packages.
Modishshe is not liable for shipping fee under the following:
1. Size doesn't fit.
2. Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
1. Please offer us the tracking number after you returned the parcel, then we can track the shipping, then can inform you and do refund/exchange timely for you.
2. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the received package. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by us.
